Whether it’s an individual or a business, there are very few challenges that we can overcome by ourselves. In delivering major projects businesses rely on the capabilities of different partners to deliver complex outcomes. By helping you to apply the Collaborative Working framework described within ISO 44001 Collaborative Business Relationships we can support the crafting of more effective business relationships to deliver great outcomes for clients
Meet Robert Bryce
I started my working life as an apprentice boatbuilder/shipwright. I learnt to craft and repair boats.
From that very practical start I transitioned to work in a naval architecture design office. I have worked in the design, construction, and operational maintenance of vessels of many different sizes, in locations around the world
– growing teams and closing them down when the work was done.
After my return to Australia, and a forced sabbatical due to ill health, my career then pivoted to risk, quality and safety management. I spent seven years with Rolls-Royce Naval Marine working in the areas of engineering risk assessment, quality and Lean Six Sigma improvement and Health and Safety management.
More recently I have been working for UGL, a large Project and Services company, over 10,000 personnel,
as the Health Safety Security Environment and Quality Manager for their Defence Line of Business.
This is a very diverse role and one of the achievements of which I am most proud is the implementation
of a Benny Button Wellbeing program that has been delivered to over 800 personnel.
Because an effective and healthy workforce is far more likely to be safe and productive,
my role is to support individuals and teams to craft solutions to their challenges.
‘Robert is the sort of person that you know CARES for just about everything & everyone around him. Everything he says and does comes from the heart for the betterment of one’s inner self. A professional coach who will take you on a journey of self-discovery.’

‘I had the pleasure to work with Robert in the same team at UGL. Robert is a pragmatic thinker,
and not only does he apply that to his many crafts and skills, he is also there to help others
with their own thinking and challenges.
I love how Robert leans into the business and its people, to not only make it smarter
in its approach, but to also make it a healthier organisation.
I love his commitment and leadership to well-being, collaboration, coaching and supporting
the overall social responsibility aspects of the organisation. He is also an excellent executive coaching
and I have had the pleasure to utilise Robert's skills in this area.
